1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and sureph ("the Platform"). Access to and use of sureph.vu — including all games, betting services, account features, and payment functions — is conditional on your acceptance of these Terms.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and close your account. Continued use of sureph following any published update to these Terms will be treated as acceptance of the updated version.

2 Eligibility

To use sureph you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are located in and accessing the platform from the Philippines.
• You are not accessing the platform on behalf of another person.
• You have not been previously suspended or banned by sureph.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a sureph employee.
• You are using your own funds and are not acting under any instruction from a third party.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one active account on sureph. When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false details — including a false name, date of birth, or contact number — is a breach of these Terms.

• Registration requires mobile OTP verification. Your mobile number must be a valid Philippine number.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
• You must keep your password secure and must not share it with any other person.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify sureph immediately via the contact details provided on the platform.
• sureph reserves the right to refuse account registration or to close an existing account without providing a reason.

4 Deposits

All deposits must be made in Philippine Peso (PHP) through the payment channels listed in the Deposit section of the platform. Accepted channels include Philippine bank transfer via InstaPay, GCash, and Maya. sureph does not accept credit cards or cryptocurrency as deposit methods.

• Deposits must be made from an account or wallet that belongs to you. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the Deposit section and may be updated from time to time.
• sureph is not responsible for delays caused by a player's payment provider, bank, or e-wallet service.
• Funds deposited in error may be subject to a review process before any reversal is considered.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible, or to a verified Philippine bank account or e-wallet in the player's name. Withdrawals are denominated in PHP.

• sureph may require KYC verification before processing a withdrawal request. Players are encouraged to complete verification proactively to avoid delays.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the Withdrawal section.
• Processing times vary by channel and are displayed at the time of the request.
• sureph reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where fraud, a breach of these Terms, or an ongoing account review is identified.
• Balances linked to bonus funds may be subject to additional conditions before they become withdrawable. These conditions are stated at the time the bonus is offered.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games on sureph — including slots, live casino, sports betting, and fish games — are provided for entertainment. The outcomes of games are determined by the underlying game provider's systems and, in the case of live casino, by physical equipment operated by a live dealer.

• In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or game malfunction during a round, sureph will apply the outcome that was in place at the point of interruption, where a verifiable record exists.
• Where a malfunction means no verifiable result can be determined, the round will be treated as void and the bet amount returned to the player's wallet.
• sureph is not responsible for loss of winnings resulting from a player's own internet disconnection or device failure.
• Sports bets accepted in error — for example, where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical fault — may be voided by sureph after the fact.

7 Promotions and Bonuses

sureph may offer promotions, bonuses, or cashback programmes to players from time to time. Any such offer will be accompanied by specific terms that govern its use, including eligibility criteria and any wagering requirements that apply.

• Promotions are available to eligible accounts only. sureph reserves the right to exclude accounts from a promotion at its discretion.
• Attempting to abuse a promotion — including through the creation of multiple accounts — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may lead to account suspension.
• sureph does not guarantee the availability of any ongoing promotion and may withdraw or modify a promotional offer with reasonable notice.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the sureph platform:

• Creating more than one account, or attempting to circumvent a previous suspension by creating a new account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to access or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting any known or suspected error, glitch, or loophole in any game or system feature.
• Depositing funds obtained through unlawful activity, or using sureph for the purpose of money laundering.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC verification process.
• Collusion with other players or with any third party to gain an unfair advantage.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.

sureph reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct and to take appropriate action, including suspension, permanent closure, and the reporting of suspected criminal activity to relevant authorities.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

sureph may suspend or permanently close an account where a player has breached these Terms, where fraud or prohibited conduct is suspected, or where a player has been confirmed as ineligible under Section 2.

• Players wishing to close their own account may do so by contacting sureph support. Any verified balance at the time of closure will be processed to the player's withdrawal method after any outstanding reviews are completed.
• Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, sureph reserves the right to withhold part or all of the account balance.
• Self-exclusion requests from players citing responsible gaming concerns will be processed promptly, and the player will not be permitted to create a new account for the duration of the exclusion.

10 Limitation of Liability

sureph provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While every effort is made to ensure stable and continuous service, sureph does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors.

• sureph is not liable for any loss of winnings, profits, or data resulting from service interruptions, technical malfunctions, or circumstances outside of sureph's reasonable control.
• sureph is not responsible for losses a player incurs as a result of their own gameplay decisions.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sureph's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform will not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days prior to the relevant event.

11 Privacy

sureph collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and should be read together with this document.

12 Changes to These Terms

sureph reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date shown on this page. Continued use of the platform after the updated Terms have been published constitutes acceptance of the changes.
